The SCIM API is based on the SCIM 2.0 standard described by https://tools.ietf.org/html/rfc7644 and https://tools.ietf.org/html/rfc7643.
SCIM is a system for being able to sync resources between two services. In this case, SCIM can be implemented to sync users and groups between your service and Formstack.
