What came in, and what needs you

The dashboard shows what you raised, how many donors gave and the average donation, for any period you pick. Anything waiting on you, like a campaign about to end, has its own panel.

  • Compare one period with another
  • Follow revenue day by day
  • Drag the widgets into your own order
Gratora's dashboard for the last 30 days: $5,010.00 raised from 63 donations by 43 donors, an average donation of $79.52 and a chart of revenue by day. Below, a Needs attention panel says the School Meals Programme ends in 4 days, next to the last 24 hours of activity.

A page and a report for every campaign

Create a campaign and Gratora builds its page for you, donation form included. Set a goal by amount raised, donations or donors, and choose from 15 page layouts.

  • Track goal progress and revenue over time
  • Edit the page like any WordPress page
  • Download a one-page PDF report
The School Meals Programme campaign in Gratora: 50% of its $25,000.00 goal, with $12,390.00 raised from 77 donations by 49 donors and an average donation of $160.91. Buttons lead to the campaign's forms, settings, page editor and a report download, above a chart of revenue over time.

A form builder made of blocks

Every field and every piece of layout is a block, so the form builder works like the WordPress editor you already know. Start from one of nine templates. No page builder or separate form plugin needed.

  • Add fields from the block list
  • Set up each block in the side panel
  • Preview the form before it goes live
Gratora's form builder, whole. On the left, the block list under Donation amount, Donor information and Custom fields, with blocks such as Currency switcher, Recurring toggle, Name, Email, Country, Phone, Address, Dropdown and Radio group. In the middle, the School Meals Programme donation form: goal progress of $12,390 of $25,000, four suggested amounts each with a caption field, a custom amount, name, email and a message of support. On the right, the Block settings panel. The toolbar has Build, Preview and Settings.

Every subscription, kept on track

Every subscription sits in one list with its amount, interval, status and next charge. Donors on Stripe or PayPal can pause, skip or change their own plan from the donor portal.

  • Track monthly recurring revenue and churn
  • See past-due plans and failed attempts
  • Check each plan's lifetime total and health
Gratora's Subscriptions screen for 44 plans: $845.77 in monthly recurring revenue from 25 active plans, 4 plans needing attention because the gateway could not collect from them, and churn of 9.5% this month. Below, a list of plans showing each donor, the amount and interval, the status (active, past due with its failed attempts, paused or canceled), the next charge, when they started giving, the lifetime total and the plan's health.

Every donation, in one list

Every donation lands here with its reference, status, donor, amount, frequency, gateway and campaign. Filter by status, campaign, gateway or frequency, and the totals above the list follow.

  • Narrow it to any date range
  • Search by reference, name or email
  • Record a donation made offline
Gratora's Donations screen: 813 donations, 740 of them paid, $100,210.00 raised in USD and 131 unique donors, with From and To date filters and a Record a donation button. Below, a searchable list showing each donation's reference, status (paid or pending), donor name and email, amount, frequency (one time, monthly or weekly), gateway, campaign and when it was created.

Every donor on one page

Each donor's record holds every donation and every receipt, with consent, private notes and a timeline of activity. Donors sign in to their own portal with a link sent by email, so there is no password to forget.

  • See lifetime, average and recurring figures
  • Spot segments such as Champion
  • Create a sign-in link when a donor asks
Chiara Sorensen's donor record in Gratora: $915.00 given over 8 donations, an average of $114.38, and one paused recurring plan. Her profile shows a Champion segment and a Create a sign-in link button, beside her latest donations and a timeline with a receipt issued.
