Display the current server date and time when attempting to register OTP #357
might be useful to put UTC time in brackets or something, but not sure if that would be too cluttered. especially as users might not always know what actual time whatever city the server owner set their setting to (as cities are obviously the best way to deal with DST and stuff, and a UTC offset is a pain when dealing with DST especially as some think themselves as still on the same offset and imply the DST, with bonus chaos for different regions being on a different timing on when to trigger DST)

actually a pretty good idea, and possibly include the timezone to avoid mixups.
